NY's I-81 urban design goals: preserve open space, bike lanes in Syracuse



Preserving and enhancing Syracuse's parks, squares and pedestrian-friendly areas are among state transportation officials' considerations as they study the future of Interstate 81 in Central New York, according to a report shared with local leaders last month.
